What are your delivery options?
We offer a choice of delivery services. If you need fast, or a fully trackable delivery please select the Courier option.
Stated delivery times for each option are approximate and will vary from country to country.
EU & EEA: Please allow 15 working days for your order to arrive after shipment
The actual delivery cost is calculated at the checkout and will depend on the service chosen, total weight and value of your order.
EU & EEA: When in stock, orders placed before 1pm (local time) are usually dispatched the same day.
· Delivery prices do not include insurance.
· CNCShop accepts no liability for loss of goods whilst in transit.
· Insurance is available at an additional cost – please email sales@cncshop. eu for a quotation.
· Courier delivery services are fully trackable on-line.
· Where applicable, it must be noted by customers that all customs and customs-related fees are not included in the item or shipping price during the checkout process.
· Most of our services require a signature upon delivery. We unfortunately cannot send to P O Box addresses.
***Our courier has resumed services to selected locations of Ukraine. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a refund.
****Our courier has suspended services to Belarus. At this time, we are unable to fulfil orders.

For deliveries to the United States and Latin America, please order from our US site here.
What payment methods do you offer?
When completing your order you may pay via PayPal or credit card, we accept all Major cards.
When paying by credit card or PayPal, we will take payment in full at the time of order. Goods will normally be dispatched the same or next working day.
If some or all of the goods are not in stock, we will inform you. Depending on the expected delivery date, we may offer you a partial or full refund.

How do I return an item?
If you need to return purchased goods for any reason, provided you do this within 30 days of receipt and if they are all unused and in their original packaging, we will refund the purchase price less any delivery charges and less a 20% restocking fee. This return policy does not apply to software products or support packages which, once ordered, cannot be returned or refunded.

Can I edit an order?
Once orders have been placed, we are unable to edit them.
Can I cancel an order?
Provided you inform us before any of the goods have been dispatched, you may cancel your order by calling +48 32 259 75 50 or sending an email to sales@cncshop.eu. We will cancel the order and refund any associated payment that has been taken in full.

How long are my points good for?
Your points do not have an expiration date - spend them as frequently or as infrequently as you choose.
Can I stack my discounts?
You're only able to use one discount per checkout - the discounts are not stackable.
What are the dollar to points ratio?
For applicable items, €1 spent = 1 CNCShop Point.
Is Net 30 applicable to this program?
Currently, Net 30 payment terms will not equate to points. In order to receive points, you will need to pay by credit card.
What can items can I accumulate points and redeem my points on?
99% of the items on the CNCShop are eligible to be discounted and count toward your point accumulation through the loyalty program. Those which are not are listed below.
